Do you have kids (or kids at heart) you want to inspire about train travel?

The Amtrak Activity Center can enhance your Amtrak journey! This page features train-themed games, coloring pages, and interactive learning activities, offering plenty to entertain young travelers both on and off the train.

The Activity Center offers exciting resources for organizing your next family trip or for those who want to discover the world of trains.

If you print them out for yourself, I won't judge—pass the colored pencils or crayons, and we’ll have fun together.

What has Kev been up to?

I took my parents to Florida this week. Even though the trip was brief, it was wonderful to see my nephew and two nieces. Unfortunately, there are no trains here—not even an airport train!

With storms hitting the Midwest, the airline asked me to postpone my flight home by a day. Rather than risk cancellations or getting stuck on a flight I didn’t want, I decided to change it now. The upside? I get to sleep in and still get home at a decent time.

On a travel-related note, my upcoming train trip is officially booked! I’m glad I double-checked my schedule (I manage a few jobs!) because I almost scheduled it for a week when I’m committed to playing the organ for mid-week services. It's possible in two places. More on the trip will come next week. Patreons will get the info this week!
